PDF order not attached to vendor's email

PDF order not attached to vendor's email

Hi,
After confirming the order, customer receives the email with the PDF order attached but vendor only recevies the email (not the PDF order attached).

As I want to send the PDF both to customer and vendor. Could you tell me which php controlls the send of the PDF?

Yes, that is how's set (see image attached) but doesn't send the pdf to vendor.
