PayPal returns "cancel" / PayPal gibt cancel bei Bestätigung zurück.
Hi,
when i'm trying to checkout with PayPal it returns "cancel" or something like that. I get an "Error: Error email send. ORDER ID ##". PayPal accepts the message and the payment get's through. Order is listed in the system with status: "paid".
What kind of error is it and how do i fix it? I didn't do anything but before it only showed "error" and nothing worked after returning from PayPal. No payment was done and it showed error. Order wasn't listed but order-number was incremented. Now it works again, except of that error message. But i didn't received an error mail.

Hi,
wenn eine Bestellung rausgeht, funktioniert alles bis zum step7. Wenn ich von PayPal zurückkomme um die Zahlung zu bestätigen, kommt eine Error Message: "Error: Error mail sent. ORDER ID ##". Die Zahlung funktioniert und geht durch, die Bestellung wird gelistet und aufgeführt mit dem Status "paid". Die Mails an den Admin und an den Kunden gehen auch inkl. Rechnung raus, lediglich wird der Warenkorb nochmal angezeigt, mit der Fehlermeldung. Weswegen ist das so und wie kann ich das beheben? Ich habe nichts geändert, jedoch war kurz zuvor noch keine Zahlung möglich sondern es wurde nur ein "Error: canceled" angezeigt. Keine BEstellung hat funktioniert.

- tritt das Problem nach einem Update auf? Falls ja... wie wurde upgedatet? Von welcher Version wurde upgedatet?
- ist dies eine Neuinstallation?
- PHP Version?
...

Der Fehler trat ganz plötzlich auf. Updates wurden keine durchgeführt. Erst nachdem der Fehler auftrat über die interne Shop-Update Funktion. Neu ist die Installation nicht, sie ist ca. ein 3/4 Jahr alt. Jetzt ist Joomshopping auf der aktuellen Version.
Joom Shopping Version: 4.15.0
Joomla Version: 3.6.4
Der Link hilft mir leider nicht weiter, ich habe die Einstellungen schon so, jedoch wird im Log rein gar nichts derartiges angezeigt.

Is what's in the paymentdata log. The first line was the log file at first when it didn't work at all.
The rest is the log of the working payment but with error-display.

The order status is "paid" after paypal.
The only thing i'm wondering about is that the customers get an "Error" displayed. It doesn't affect the payment oder the process of ordering. It's just the display of an error after payment without any effect beside worried customers.
