How To Edit Confirmation Email?

As you are aware whenever you make a purchase with any payment system, the buyer and store admin receive a confirmation email (purchase order/invoice).

Which file in the installation/ftp do I need to edit this email that is sent out automatically. I am well aware that I can edit part of the code in admin interface (just top of email) but I would like to be able to edit the bottom as well.

See image upload to see email I'm talking about. So to recap, what file or files do I need to edit in FTP?

Enables you to edit the whole INVOICE, for both the client and administrator side.

Im afraid i dont so would someone be able to tell me please:

How i remove the shop address that is shown above the customers address (top left) but leave the address showing top right ?
