Barclaycard Payment plugin issue
Hi
We bought your Barclaycard ePDQ plugin and had a few issues with installation, which you very kindly sorted out for us and it's been working really well.
Unfortunately we've had to move server and this has created an error.
The payment process appears to go through the barclaycard system but returns to the website with an error:
"Error return hash." (Please see the attached screen grab)
The order is not completed.
Can you help?
I thought to upgrade the joomla installation and to the latest version of Joomshopping (4.14.0) but I was worried that the coding you guys did might have been affected - can you also confirm whether I can upgrade both the CMS and Joomshopping without any further issues please.
Thank you
Jon

Hi thanks for your reply.
We haven't changed any of the settings in the barclaycard epdq.
All we've done is moved the website to a new hosting server.
Everything has been working fine until now - which is why I ask if there was something in the coding you guys did that has caused this glitch?
If not are you refering to the SHA-OUT pass phrase? Would need changing?
Thanks for your help.

After further investigation we're still having issues. This what Barclaycard Customer Support has to say:
"As far as I can tell, you have had payments submitted as recently as yesterday.
The only error that I can see is a post-sale error being returned to us by your server.
Specifically, you are returning to us an HTTP Error of 403 – Forbidden.
While this again is not IP related, it means that your server is currently blocking the use of the User Agent: Indy Library, which is required for ePDQ’s server-to-server transaction feedback.
To resolve this, you will need to amend your server configuration to allow Indy Library; "
The hosting company says the URL's and server configuration are fine.
So what's happening is that the order is processed and looks like payment is taken but no order appears in the back end and the attached screen is where the customer is returned to.
Paypal is working perfectly. It's only the Barclaycard epdq plugin that's having problems.
So my question is: Is it possible that you guys did something, when you were making the plugin work originally, that could be causing these issues?
Thanks for your help
Jon

1. Need use unique Alias for payment system
(renamed to pm_barclaycard_epdq-0 - for disable)
2. Fixed bug in Barclaycard ePDQ 1.0.7
Work for your test account.

I could see the test order in the orders so yes I know it worked that time.
However when I went to test it myself and it wasn't working.
I've just re-tested it and get the following error...

Many thanks for your help - It's working on test for me too now.
Did you change anything in the barclaycard test epdq that needs to be updated or can I switch it straight to live?

Aw: Barclaycard Payment plugin issue
Hello
Apologies this problem has come up again.
Our hosting company decided to upgrade their servers and have moved our site to a new server and the barclaycard epdq has stopped working again.
The Baclaycard epdq is taking payments but not returning the order back to the website so the orders are not being received by the client.
I assume this is something to do with the new server's ip address?
I can't actually find anywhere in the barclaycard backend that uses the server's ip address so am guessing that the issue is somewhere in your plugin?
Can you either fix this for me please or, at least, give me instructions on how to solve this issue so I don't have to email you every time the server changes?
Many thanks for your help
Jon
