I have created my shop and when I buy an item the store calculates the tax correctly but does not add it to the total amount. It says included tax. Is there any way to change it so that the tax is added onto the final total? Also is there a way to turn off the tax for people buying out of state? As they should not be charged tax when purchasing my product from a different state. |

I am now having the same problem where the tax shows but isnt factored in to the purchase amount. Is there something that I am missing? Any help is greatly appreciated.

Wow...thank you for the quick response. I went to options/taxes but not seeing where you are talking about. Is this code that I need to enter somewhere? Could you give me a little more detail on your instructions? I should be able to fix the problem with a little more detail. Thank you in advance for you help with this.

Ok, I think I figured out what you were saying and am doing some additional testing so see if what I have done fixes the problem. If I want to have the tax calculated in my total what option should I have in my "Displaying prices in the admin area and Displaying prices in the front end?" Should it be brutto or netto? Does that matter? |

I am having same issue but don't understand what or where to do the fix. Can some one explain what i need to do to have it add into the total? How about out of state shipping. is there a way to not have it added in? |

I am also trying to find a way to Tax only on one state in the United States. If I click Extended, tax rule, it only allows me to add additional countries. Can anybody point me out on how to select a state instead of a country? THanks |

Hello, state of USA = countries Solution: Create (options-countries-new) instead of USA, Germany, ..... Texas, California..... or US-Texas, US-California..... Greetings
