every paypal payment i get no seller protection

since the shipping address is missing

i think the paypal modul does not transfer the shipping address of the customer

to paypal

can me help somebody?

I spoke to PayPal: For software there is no seller protection possible

but for normal goods you can get seller protection, but they must know the shipping address

Perhaps they compare the delivery address of the customer with the be enclosed address in paypal

in program code of the paypal modul i do not see, that you send the shipping address to paypal
