Payment Methods not working

Hi

I have Paypal payment method working OK but if I add PM_DEBIT or PM_PO no order is received and no confirmation e-mail issued.

In Payments folder I only see pm_debit, pm_paypal and pm_sofortueberweisung

How do I configure payment method for bank transfer or cash payment (cheque?).

And I chekced Pay Pal methode, looks not working. I used VituMart before, after confirim open PayPal site and shown my PayPal account email on it. But joomShopping PayPal payment not same, after confirim order open PayPal sand box page, not my account email there, this case customer buy something their payment how to come to my account?
Debit is bank transfer? its same?
