The theme is:
-If they ask for only 60 euros of postage dresser
-If they ask for just 1 euro postage chair 20
-if they ask dresser + chair, would pay delivery charges 60 euros (instead of 60 + 20)
-if they ask for 2 or more chairs would pay 20 euros for postage
