Orders don't show up

Orders don't show up

Dear, seems we have an issue with orders that dont show up when payed with Paypal. We have adjusted our settings according the various tips we have found in the forum. However, how do we get an order that is already in the databse to show up?
I can find the order in the orders 'jshopping_orders' table. But I can not see it in the administration list of the orders. Hence I can not work on it.

I tried all options in the filter setting. This order does not show up.

ok - now I found a trick. The filter 'not finished' does not triger any update of the webpage. However, clicking on the number of rows to show triggers an update of the list.
