Taxes not working properly - Same tax no matter what country is selected
I've setup two taxes - one at 6% for Country=United States within Idaho and 0 for Country=United States outside Idaho. I've also applied both of these countries to my shipping methods.
The tax rate is not changing no matter what country the user selects. See screenshots:
Taxes configuration
Extended tax rule for Country=United States within Idaho
Cart with user set as Country=United States outside Idaho. Tax rule for Idaho still being used.
Joomla: 2.5.7
JoomShopping: 3.11.4
PHP: 5.2

create 1 tax (6%)
+ set Extended tax rule for Country 1,2,3

I can't just have one tax and set it for all countries. The tax only applies to ONE country. All other countries are not taxed. If I try to delete the Normal tax rate I get an error message saying the tax is assigned to products and can't be deleted.

That did nothing. Tax is still showing up no matter what country the user chooses.
