checkout problem

I have a couple of problems with my Joomshopping webshop.

When a user uses the ideal checkout (jdideal) and pays he gets returned to succes url but there is no information (step7) and the cart is still full. But the customer still gets a email like this:

Hello,

The status of order number 00000044 has been changed.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The new status is Success
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The log says this:
2012-11-23 00:45:00 #004 - Error payment method id. Order id 1

The error log keeps empty, if i check the orders status at my backend it shows that the order is still pending.
