delivery price according to weight
so I am calculating the delivery price according to the weight of the shipping. One Product is 1kg heavy and in the image, you can see how expensive the shipping is. i had version 3.11.2 and everything was working fine. But now, I'm facing the problem, that, after I updated to the newest version, it doesn't calculate any more.
please view the image for deeper understanding. I don't know, what I am doing wrong.(since I didn't change anything).

shipping price = 7 / 0
package = 7 / 0

no, there is no error, it just doesnt calcualte on with the method on the image, but only uses the price I have to set on the upper part of the screenshot. So if i set there 0, the delivery price is always 0 and if i set it so 7, it is always 7, no matter how many products are in the cart(example: i purchase 6, 1kg each, according to the calculation, it should be 0 then, because its heavier than 4.5 kg, but it is still 7| or it I set it to 0 and i purchase 1 of 1 kg, it should be 7 because its less than 4.5 kg, but the delivery price still is 0
