Calculate for state/weight/price not working

Hi, I've get this addon recently, and don't know why but it's not working for me. For now I tried to tune it only for one shipping method, where I want free shipping for orders over 1000 EUR. I've installed the "addon states", set global configuration of "free shipping for orders over" to "-1", disabled the default calculation for weight. What am I doing wrong?

I did as you said, but still not working... Price is 20 EUR for all orders

Addon state/weight/price has the problem

I have installed:
Addon States 1.3.4 (JoomShopping 3.4.0 or higher)
shipping_states_weight_price_depend_1.4
Joomla 2.5.11

I set up 90 states, but when I want to enter for editing or to add some states I cant to do it. I see white screen (( http://lachinata.ru/administrator/index.php?option=com_jshopping&controller=shippingsprices&task=edit&sh_pr_method_id=7&shipping_id_back=0

When I set up 50 or 60 states the page are opened slowly but nevertheless opened

How can I solve this problem?
