I notice that when I purchase "Payment Moneybookers gateway", I need to pay extra 6.00 EUR. I don't know if my customers have to pay for the transaction fee every time they use Moneybookers to pay? Thank you!

Yes, I mean will my customers be charged 6 EUR in addition to the order price when they use moneybooker? Another questions: is it one time purchase for Moneybooker or monthly purchase or yearly purchase? If my customers use moneybooker to buy product, do they need to register?
