Price as a function of weight??

Hello!
I am starting a shop from Pakistan and here we have different shipping rates for every country. This is very annoying because i have to go throw every country at a time and set values for every kg. Also the fear is that the shipping rates might change.
I was wondering if there is a way to assign a function, for example:
Price = (First kg price)+(Kgprice)(amount of kg´s bought) or simplified P(kg)=w1+w2*x

If not, is there a solution for those who have to have different rates for every country ??

I´m sorry, that did not help
The price is not constant sir, rather it increases for every kg.

For Example:

Shipping to Sweden:
First Kg: 2000 rp
2nd kg: 2100 rp
3rd kg: 2200 rp

So it is increasing for every kg, but i can not sit and do that manually on every country, so my question was if there is a way to simplify this and only type it in as a function, in this case: y=1900+100x
