Cart Module not appaearing on Product Page

How do we get the cart module to appear on the product page like it does on all the other pages?

Hi, The module is already assigned.

As you can see from the 2 attached screen shots the cart module is not present when we are looking at an individual product or during the checkout process.

Please advide.

Sorry but I have NOT changed any files at all apart from the translation file and added a user_config.php file

Can you please investigate for me.
