Shipping - display also not applicable shipping options

Hello,

I use shipping rules based on Country and Cart Total amount, by the help of this module: Calculate for weight/price/postal code 1.4.3 (JoomShopping 3.12.0 / 4.1.0 or higher)

Calculation works ok, but I need to display also the other shipping options which are not applicable, so my customers sees if he just orders 1 more product he gets free shipping.

See in attachment a draft of how I would like it to look, and also how it looks now.
Please note that all rules are already inserted in the shop and work correctly, I only want to display also not applicable info.

Can you tell me what files should I change at least, or some good advice?

Also there is a printscreen on what it looks now.

If there requires extra programming I am willing to pay for it.

Yes, like I said, all those values already exist in the database. I only need to display them on the shipping step, but they are not editable/selectable by the customer. You have previously received all the login details for this shop, since I have published previous request for this website. Can you give me a little help here?
