I need help with configuration of my payment / shipping methods

Bank Transfer 0.00 CZK Standard EU / Other countries 50.00 CZK / 4 EUR / 5 USD
for paypal and bank transfer i also need dependecy on weight with fixed costs as shown below
0-100g - 50CZK / 4€ / 5 USD
101g-500g - 60CZK / 7€ / 9.5 USD
501g-1000g - 70CZK / 9€ / 15 USD
1001g-2000g - 80CZK / 16€ / 25 USD
2001g-3000g - 130 CZK / 24€ / 45USD
Is it even possible to configure joomshopping this way? how can i do that or what kind of addon is best for this?
thank you for reply and any advice. I use joomshopping for many years and it's the best. Until now i never need such a weird solution for my customer.
