The saloon product on your demo shop is with price 40 EURO, incl. 19% VAT, but the problem is VAT exactly.
19% VAT of 40 EURO is 7.6 EURO, your shop shows 6.38 EURO.
Same happen if your change the VAT to something more comfortable and easy for calculation like 20% or 10%.
Go and add product with price 10,000 EURO, plus 20% VAT - total price should be 12,000 EURO, but not and for JoomShopping. Confirmed on both version - 2.7.3 and 3.0.0
