Hi, the billsafe pdf won't generated successfully. the bank account data from billsafe isnt there? also the date wouldn't be calculated and the bill sum isnt available in the text? but the order will successfull transfered to billsafe and is available in the sandbox overview? in our order overview the bill is also there (but unfinished? maybe in reason of sandbox mode?) is there a solution for this problem? please see the sample pdf. paul_positiv_bill.pdf

any ideas? its a paid plugin wich doesnt work so please help us with a solution to solve the problem. |
