im sorry if i have posted in the wrong area as im having difficulty translating
My problem is every option payment wise sends a reciept and email and shows in the order section but if paypal is used payment is made but no information is to be found in the order section and no emails are sent to admin notifying the purchase why is paypal the only one not working.paypal sends a payment email but only shows paypal info not item order number or anything just a product number.
Please help as i am having to email each user to confirm what they have ordered as nothing shows in order area.

please anyone we are getting mukltiple orders and no notification of paypal order in our order page
we get a paypal reciept but it only lists the order number please please please HELP

OK, that is my problem, too. At first I thought, that it would be a way, to change the status from "ERWARTEN" to "BESTÄTIGT", so that the process will be finished after that (email to the customer + to me). But how can I save the changed status?

Or what is the answer for this problem? Can I change anything in paypal?

I phoned with Paypal right now and they told me, that normaly I have to put some more informations in the shop-system like:

API-Benutzername
API-Passwort
Unterschrift

But in the paypal-"modul" I can´t find any place to put it in. Don´t I need this informations oder where can I put them in?

sorry for my bad english!

Sorry, aber das verstehe ich nicht. Wozu soll hier eine Antwort von Paypal notwendig sein? In dem Moment, wo ich am Ende des Bestellvorgangs auf "bestätigen" klicke, ist die Bestellung doch für das Shopsystem abgeschlossen. Wenn ich einen anderen Zahlungsweg wähle, ist diese Stelle doch auch der Auslöser, an dem der Kunde die Bestellbestätigung per E-Mail bekommt.

Nach dem Bezahlprozess via Paypal wird der Kunde ordnungsgemäß zum Shop zurückgeleitet und erhält dort die Information, dass die Bestellung erfolgreich durchgeführt wurde. HIER müsste dann doch automatisch der Impuls durch das Shopsystem erfolgen, der die Bestellung auf "finished" setzt. Wozu ist hier ein zusätzlicher Paypal-Impuls notwendig?

Der "Fehler" liegt meiner Meinung nach NICHT bei Paypal. Das wäre etwas zu "einfach".

Ist es nicht möglich, diesen Fehler von Ihrer Seite her zu beheben und die entsprechende Datei zu korrigieren, bzw. notwendige Änderungen des Codes innerhalb der Datei hier zu hinterlegen?

If we have a mistake, we fix it.
I do not see any errors in our module.

Most of the problems in the config (php, paypal, payment module shop).

Der Bestellvorgang klappt jetzt auch. Einziges Problem ist noch die o.g. URL, zu der "zurückgemeldet" wird. Die scheint falsch zu sein. Denn anstatt der Bestätigung, dass die Bestellung erfolgreich durchgeführt wurde (nach Abschluss des Paypal-Bezahlvorgangs und Rückleitung zu unserer Seite), landet man wieder im Warenkorb und kriegt die "Fehlermeldung", dass der Warenkorb leer sei.

Sprich: Alles hat geklappt, nur man wird noch zur falsche Seite zurückgeleitet. Welche müssen wir da nehmen? Können Sie mir bitte die richtige Rückleitungs-URL nennen?

hy! wo trage ich das zum testen im sandbox ein?
meine bestellungen werden zwar erfolgrei bezahlt, aber der status bleibt auf erwarten. bin im moment am ende meines lateins ...

und wenn ich "Kontrollkästchen Daten nach PayPal RETURN " aktiviere kommt sogar eine fehlermeldung "Error business. Order ID 37" ...

hoffe dass mit jemand helfen kann!

I'm just setting this up and doing research into this as I'm used to having set up my API info in paypal to credit my account.

I'm wondering which paypal option is supported. In Australia we have the options of Which of these is supported??

Express Checkout.
Website Payments Standard.
Payflow Gateway.


Below I have translated (maybe poorly as I have used microsoft's Word translate) two if the previous posts which seem to have good info..both posted by hoferskarl. It would seem the biggest issue here is translation

Only problem is still the above URL to the "is reported". It seems to be wrong. Because instead of confirming that the order was successful (after completing the PayPal payment process and return to our site), you arrive back in the Shopping cart and get the "error" that the shopping cart is empty. Say: Everything has worked out, only one is returned to the wrong page. Which should we take? Can you please specify the correct URL of Rückleitungs me? Thank you for the support!
