Hello, we have a big problem: our clients who pay with Credit Card, has received the confirmation of the debit (from skrill) and the Acymailing newsletter confirmation .... but in my email and in Joomshopping backend I have no information about the order!
Our client received (with the confirmed email from Skrill), also the _JSHOP_PAYMENT_NUMBER 000000XX
How can I know about my orders (with credits card payments) if I do not receive emails?!
Help me please!!!
p.s. in our ecommerce www.florityfair.it/webx, we have the redirect with www.florityfair.com and www.florityfair.it ... perhaps can it be a problem with the configuration of Skrill Gateway?
