I get this from my client:
we have received an order from XXX YYY. She paid with Sofortüberweisung, but it is the same problem as before.
In onlineshop I have to click “finish order”. We received no information, that the order has been paid.
When customer pay with paypal, the status changes to “paid” automatically.
Unfortunately, I don’t know if the customer is again gone back to the online shop after payment.
I thought that first redirected to a payment gateway - then automatically return to the e-shop and change the status to be paid or not. So how it is?
