Bank Information not in E-Mail (Joomshopping Payment Remind) & Order Confirmation

Liebes Joomshopping Team,
gibt es möglicherweise in der aktuellen Version von Joomshopping ein Problem mit der Ausgabe und dem Versand der hinterlegten Bankinformationen (Bankverbindung, IBAN, BIC, Kontoinhaber...)? Weder in der Auftragsbestätigung vom Shop noch beim Addon "Payment Remind" werden die Bankinformationen verschickt. Es gibt auch keine Möglichkeit z.B. bei der Zahlart die Funktion zu aktivieren. Besonders bei Vorauskassen und bei der Zahlungserinnerung sind die Bankinformation sehr wichtig. Ist dies ein bekanntes Problem vom Shop? Wie kann ich den Fehler beheben. Dieses Wochenende soll der neue Shop endlich online gehen. Dieser Fehler ist für einen produktiven Shop nicht gut. Bitte geben Sie mir eine Info, wie, ob und wann der Fehler behoben werden kann.

Dear JoomShopping team
there is a problem with the issue and delivery of the stored bank information (Bank account, IBAN, BIC, account holder ...) in the current version of JoomShopping. Neither in the order confirmation by the shop nor the addon "Payment Remind" the bank information will be sent. There is also no possibility e.g. to activate the function in the payment method. Especially with advance payments and in the payment reminder, the bank information are very important. Is this a known problem from the store? How can I fix the error? This weekend we want to publish the new shop. This error is not good for a productive shop. Please tell me how an when the problem can be fixed. Thank you very much.

Genau diesen Punkt gibt es bei mir nicht. Liegt es vlt an den installierten Addons? Bitte schauen Sie einmal die Screenshots. Ich kann die Beschreibung zur Bezahlart ausgeben, nicht aber die Bankverbindung. Gleiches beim Addon. Alle möglichen Checkboxen sind aktiviert.

Exactly this point is not available. Is it because of the installed addons? Please check again the screenshots. I can set the description of the payment method, but not for the bank account. Similar problem in reminder addon. All possible checkboxes are enabled.

Hello, Payment Desciption is not empty. The simple payment description is displayed in the mail. But not the bank details. It is important that also the bank account information like IBAN, BIC and Payee are displayed in all mails. The bank details are set in Joomshopping configuration (Backend: Shop Information). I have no idea how and where I can publish them. There is no checkbox which says "Display Bank Information in Order". I only can display the Bank Information in the invoice, but not in order. Same problem with the Addon "Payment Remind". Here the bank information are also not displayed in mail. The website is currently under construction and is therefore only available locally. I can make you an access via TeamViewer.
