We would like to use this plugin:

I have only one question: Is there a possibility to use this plugin in attributes, please. We would like to have a few products with lots of parameters of some attributes. We would like to use this plugin on product's page attirbute's tab to set which attribute combination needs some minimum order quantity.

Does this plugin do this?

How does it work now? Is the minimum order quantity for all the attribute variations or just one combination? I mean for example minimum order is setted to 5 pieces. Can You buy from different attribute variations 5 pieces or just 1 attribute variation with min. 5 pieces?
