Can you point me to a plugin or addon that will allow me to offer free shipping (orders over $100 for example) but that it does not apply for orders outside one particular country i.e. stop this feature being 'global'. With the base system it overrides if the order is above $100 offering everyone free shipping. How can I restrict this to 'locals' only and leave the shipping costs for all customers outside of the 'home' country?
