Calculate for state/weight/price -mass action

Hi i`m using Calculate for state/weight/price (order 03-KH-104991 ). I have more than 420 states and for 8 conditions for each of them (depends on weight, price, state). But we will have denomination (minus 000) in our country, so could you help me to make mass action for prices in this extension. I think it will be very useful when Rates vary greatly evуry day in some counties (Poland, Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, Kazahstan) and cost of shipping also
