Cart save send reports of already completed orders

Hello,

A customer have reported about the problem with "abandonned orders".. In this case, the customer paid.. all is ok with the order.. but he got this mail 3 days ago for an order that was made in August.

How to fix it? Maybe something wrong with DB table?

P.S. Persistent cart is not used (I uninstalled it half of year ago).

(old version - clear cart only after paid)
