How to involve quickcheckout into product_default.php

I've just installed quickcheckout and somehow it works, but not as needed:
From "product_default" I put a product into basket, but not quickcheckout is opened, but /cart/view
In Menu I integrated "/warenkorb" and the quickchekckout opens, but with ERROR_SHIPPING

Just when I after this process put another product into basket - error disappears - strange...

How quickcheckout has to be proper integrated into the product_default.php in order to get a really QUICK checkout?

Need set price shipping for all country / all shippings.

That's not a bug in configuration - that's a bug in the programm.
1.) Checkout-Programm should be able to handle ANY amount auf delivery-fee. And is was 2 thousand years ago that the romans hat no zero, so a bug-free programm should handle a zero.
2.) When I put delivery-fee <> 0 the error still is shown, but programm continues the checkout-process
3.) When a registration is nesessery - the checkout isn't quick anymore. Espesialy for my business with Mourning Stationary it is not so useful - who want's to register just in case, for next funeral.
4.) Quickcheckout delivers an other error: Could not instantiate mail function. - this error occurs not in every case
So with these bugs, quickcheckout is nothing quick for my clients. How can we fix these bugs? Or are there other comercial extensions more helpful?
