Additional fields registration - problem with upload files

Hi, i have a big problem.

i have created 4 additional fields for upload 4 files.

when i select all 4 files to upload and and make submit, after this is uploaded only one last selected file .

on image is numbering sequence of selecting files

after submit is only uploaded number 4, other selected file are not uploaded.

when i have uploaded all files after uploaded each file separately and when i check all delete checkbox when this file are deleted correctly. also when i select only 2 files to delete, deleted are correctly only this two files.

why i don't upload all 4 files in one submit. ?????


when i browse and select into all 4 file fields the same file to upload, all fields are uploaded with the same file correctly.



i need urgent help...
