cant install extension

cant install extension

Hi ,
I have just purchased the Calculate for weight/price/postal code extension and downloaded the zip file.
I have Version 4.10.5 on a joomla 3.5 site

I have tried installing in the usual way but and also uploaded the zip file to the tmp folder but it keeps telling me :

Warning
JInstaller: :Install: Can't find XML setup file.
Error
Unable to find install package

Please help
