PayPal API Error

PayPal API Error

Just Purchased the Pay Pal API and I can not get it to work - Continue Error:

Error
Error. This transaction cannot be processed.

Entered all my Pay Pal API Credentials and Setup for Direct Payments - Also tested using my Sandbox Credentials and no API History shows at my sandbox account.

Joomshopping shows the order as "Not Finished"

Standard Pay Pal Processing using Joomshopping Basic Pay Pal works kindaof and processes at the PayPal Site and money is received but when returning to the Site I get this warning:

Error
Payment method error

Attached Payment Log which includes each but it tells me nothing!

UPDATE - I Fixed this Part but not the Pay Pal API with this snippet:

components\com_jshopping\payments\pm_paypal\pm_paypal.php.

click on code edit and on line 146 change
$params['checkReturnParams'] = $pmconfigs['checkdatareturn'];
to
$params['checkReturnParams'] =0; $pmconfigs['checkdatareturn'];
