discount by amount

Hi,

I just bought the Сumulative discount plugin and I wanted to give my customers a discount (% or amount) when they by more then 20 items (for example). This should be done without a coupon or whatever. I thought the Сumulative discount plugin could do this....

Any help is welcome.

I did that, but when I input an amount in the frontend I don't see the discount. Do I have to activate it on a product to? I can't find it.

I just bought and inmstalled this plugin as well and i have the same problems. I can't see the discout. I would like to have a discount for every customer (client). We are not working with a coupon.
Plugin(s) are activated.
Is there any other thing to activate?

We are missing documentation.

I paid my joomshoping-order. Otherwise i could not download and install the Сumulative discount add-on.
Even if the orders are finished icluding paiment at our shop the discount will not be calculated.
Any solutions ideas?

Hello

I am very sorry to contact you once again in this matter.
Since no description exists for this Addon i am not sure to unterstand the functionality. Ok ok it's not a big Thing but since i feel it's not working properly i have to ask you some things.
I really made some test and i feel the addon is not working properly. (Or there are some missed settings)

In my view it must be possible that:

A visitor of our page must be able to order some products without registration or log-in since this is a General option in Joomshopping.
The Discount must be visible right now in the moment of the order process.
The Billig Amount shown at the bill must be the Price minus amount of Discount (Look to your Order which it's not visible)
The Discount must be visible to the customer

I realized that when i updated the order from status open to paid the system is sending a Mail to the customer which only says that the Discount was changed. Not really helpfull.

Are there any further setting to do?

Even for your order 13452 is no Discount visible or calculated.

I ask you to answer us asap regarding this matter.
