This addon is one possibility.
But......
Example:
Beilagen:
- Pilze
- Salami
- Zwiebel
- Knoblauch
In your addon I must create 4 attributes.
Alternative:
One attribute: "Beilagen"
4 Werte: Pilze, Salami, Zwiebel, Knoblauch..............mit Mehrfachauswahl!
The customer could choose 0,1,2,3, or 4 Beilagen(Werte).
In your addon I must write:
- Beilage Pilze
- Beilage Salami...
...........hmm
You know, this ist not a critic, these are only my ideas to this issue.

Edit: Maybe we need the possibility to make a group of attributes with own name (Überschrift)
For example:
Name (no attribute): Beilagen
Attributes:
- Zwiebel (yes/no)
......................
You know what I mean?

Attribute checkbox.
1. Create an independent attribute
2. Create two values (1. no, 2. yes)
3. Add an attribute to the product
4. Set price for value (yes)

I did exactly what you told me, but unfortunately it doesn´t work.
How can i display the price for each value?
AND, the price doesn´t update automatically. :(

Hallo Webdesigner,
es funktioniert aber doch irgendwie nicht so ganz...
Wenn ich im ersten Schritt die Größe auswähle ändert sich der Preis nicht, erst wenn ich die Salami dazu nehme ändert sich der Preis.
Gleiches Problem habe ich auch in einem Shop...

Excuse me, but this idea is not so wonderful. Why?
Example:
product: Pizza
attribut_1: size: small,middle,big
other attributes: to check
The function is important, to minimize stress with costumers...
The pizza-boy drives the pizza 5 km with his bike to the costumer.
Boy: Here is your fantastic tasty pizza!
Costumer: Oh my good, the pizza smells wonderful, but it is small, I am hungry I need the big one!!
Now the boy could NOT say:
"Customer it was your choose within the shop. (only with function on)
