I have the same problem.

I installed "Deployed list attribute 1.2.3". I set the plug in to active in the plug in manager, but it is not working.

that is all done, but is not working.

when i deaktivate the plug in, the radio buttons are working.
i deaktiveated the plug in now, so you can see that the attributes are set.

yes... i took too screenshots...

one with the plug in disabled, than the attributes are listed as radio buttons (upload as image).

but when i activate the plug in, the attributes are not visible any more (upload as file).
