About The Cumulative discount addons ! Need Help !

I just bought and installed the Cumulative discount addons
Version 1.2.1 and Joomshopping version 3.12.0
And I've Configured the settings in plugin section As



But it seems not working at all



I want to give all users discounts like:
Buy total $0~400 = no discount
Buy total $401~999 = 10% discount
Buy total $1000up = 15% discount

Did I bought the wrong addon ?

When I trying to install 1.2.2 , it shows :

1060
Duplicate column name 'cum_discount' SQL=ALTER TABLE `g3b7t_jshopping_users` ADD COLUMN `cum_discount` INT(3) NOT NULL DEFAULT '0';

I did removed 1.2.1 also

And one more question :

So this addon wont show the discount in the check out phase ?
What is the point of it then ? The users can't See any discount in front end ?

First of all , thank you webdesigner !
it seems installed correctly.

But
I tried to configure the discount% in Joomla plugin manager and it seems not working right
Whatever I configuring it always discount 20%
And the most weird thing is THIS permanent 20% DISCOUNT ONLY WORK ON USER ADMIN !??
I tried login using another Test account : jack pw : 123456 and no discount showed

And After that I disable these two plugins (JoomShopping Addon Cumulative Discount) in Joomla Plugins manager
Why Am I Still got the discount in frontend ? (user admin)
Is there any other place that I should be configuring ?

Can't seems to make this plugin works right.....

Please Help me , I really have no idea what went wrong

This is the situation now :
I disabled these two plugins (JoomShopping Addon Cumulative Discount) in Joomla Plugins manager
And My user admin still got all the 20% discount which i don't know where it comes from

And it seems whether I enable or disable these two plugins (JoomShopping Addon Cumulative Discount) in Joomla Plugins manager
It has no impact to other users in front-end

Sorry sir , but still the same problems :

Q1. Where is the 20% comes from ? where can I adjust it ?

Q2. I Tried to " Enabled 2 plugins > shows discount in front-end > Then I disabled 2 plugins > STILL SHOWS THE DISCOUnT ???????? I even tried to logout and re-login" > SAME (This works after 10 mins relogin , maybe its the cache problem)

Q3. So AM I get this right : This discount module only work and shows discounts in front-end AFTER customer made an order and paid ? IS this working-stream a little weird ? And if the order-status is set to other statues (eg. confirmed , closed) then it wont work neither ?

In a simple , This module will work only AFTER the customer made at least 1 order Which needs to be paid status ?? Then the 2,3,4.... All of orders of the customer will work right ?


Please respond these 2 questions I really need to be clear up these confusions .

I have installed the 1.2.3 now
And it still not working...


Even after I tried made a order (test order 00000673) and set to paid
(Test customer user name :Jack pwd:123456)


It's not showing Any discount in the front-end











This module can't working at all , May I have a refund ?

And why is its working-flows being :

Bought > Set status to paid > bought again(discount) ?

This is wrong , sorry I have to say this

Ok I Get it , So will the auto-discount working as :

If the current cart sum = $500 , discount 5%
Cart sum = $1000 , discount 8%


Will it do this in the checkout step ? even if the user is not logged in ?


And Is there any other module that can do such as

1. I buy 5 piece = 5% discount
I buy 10 piece = 8% discount


2. I buy 3 piece = get 1 gift (need to show on checkout steps)
