Unfortunately I couldn’t find any documentation for this extension. I simply want to import a CSV-file containing all the article information using the structure of the template.

Funny enough there is a file upload field, but no button or anything at all to start the upload.

first: install the addon via joomshopping, not with joomla.

Maybe it is more easy if you buy also csv export, so you have a ready table.
But if you change your datas of products/categories only within the table and not within the shop, you do not need csv export addon.
Note: Without csv export, you must change the number of products within the table! No problem, if you have all products unlimited.

I did install the addon via joomshopping, not with joomla.

Then I checked at the options I don't see anything like Universal CSV Import form as shown in the picture

do I need to install all the files? because I have installed only the latest files

I thing some thing is missing from the latest version.

I have loaded all the files one by one from version addon_unicsvimport_v3 to addon_unicsvimport_v3.5.0 then it started working!!!

Under Options/Import & Export you will find Universal CSV Import make it green

Then Click this link : Universal CSV Import to see the settings ( you can also download the importtemplate.csv from there

Hi,

we can't get the CSV plugin working. The key was entered, but still there is no option to import, just to load a file. Do you have any documentation or advice?
This was tested on the domain and also on another development, so just a question, if it will work also on another domain (localhost for example) for testing purposes.

I just want to add, that there is no documentation, no support, only this forum. For a plugin like this (for 70 euro) you should have a support or at least a detailed documentation.

Also I can't find any answer to my last post, which was also deleted, nor to the email I sent you yesterday.

The Universal CSV Import plugin is, simply said, not working. You don't have documentation, and the key was entered. I suppose the plugin is not working properly. Other users have the same problem.

We would like refund for the Universal CSV Import plugin as it's not working properly. Other plugins we bought work.

Access via ftp / admin can't be given to protect our and third party code. Only a limited can be given to specified directories. If needed, please send us the directory / files you need to check.

We can do screen sharing as this is easily available solution. I believe you should be able to solve this pretty fast, as you are the developer of the plugin.
