You have confused me.
Sorry about that.
The customers can save cart...... Good.
But is it possible to update this, so that Administrator also can saved a cart for the customers.
This options will be very useful for me, because my customers is always asking for a questions before ordering, and it will be very easy for them to turn the saved cart (quotation) into an order.
Now I have to take control over my customers log in,
1. Altering the password,
2. Log in with the new password (frontend)
3. Enter the cart and then save it
4. Write back to my customers and say the has to ask for a new password.
5. Customers log in an turn the saved cart into an order.
Perhaps an add on, can do the trick?
