I have a question.

Could I choose several countries?
Example:

Albania with postal code 1000-1900
AND
Andorra with postal code 4000-4200

Is this possible?

this is not optimal.

Example:
Pizza-Shop with particular delivery areas.
Look at my screenshot.



Also the same problem, example:
Business:
One Shop in Internet AND 2 real shops in 2 different cities.
Need for example:

68159-68309 (Mannheim)
AND
76131-76229 (Karlsruhe)

Not: 68159-76229

I have another idea/proposal:

An addon with the following function:
"check zip-code within the registration"

Example:
only users with this zip-codes could do the registration:
1000-3000 and
5000-8000
for country x

Advantage: Registration is before order any products. This is better.

This was only an example with zip-codes.
If you could show some new screenshots within your shop, maybe I get my answers.

a user do the registration
he set for zip: 70100

question:
1. He can not do the registration, correct?
2. He get a message from the system, that he not could do the registration with his zip code, correct?
