Import / Export Add-on

I installed the import / export plug in put when I click on the import/export icon in Joomshopping I get the following error:

"An error has occurred." 500 Layout default not found.
Return to Control Panel.

There is a license key put I do not know where that is suppose to go either.

The add-on installed successful.

Need help please.

Okay I can see the universal CSV Import but there is no upload button just a browse. What are the permissions to be for this add-on? See attachment for screenshot.

Purchased the export and it is not displaying an export button. Is there a permissions setting. See screen shot of my view.

I went as far as to reinstall joomla and everything to www.mountcastleinternational.com to match the add-ons. Everything is now www.mountcastleinternational.com which corresponds with the licenses.

Still not getting the export button. I used the most resent export add-on. Should I try the one above that?
