Auction extention broken

I tried installing a mobile site responsive extension to Joomla last night called JTouch Mobile. It broke my joomshopping install.

Now when a customer logs in, and they try to go anywhere within the store (including auctions) an error message comes up saying "Jshopping Auction. Enter license key".

I found the license key was missing in the back end. Upon inputting the license key and saving it to the system, I receive another error message that says, "Error by saving into database".

Any idea where I should even start to try to fix this? Any help will be greatly appreciated.

I wanted to say I uninstalled the JTouch extension, removed the database entries for that extension and cleared cache and the error messages are still showing for Joomshopping. It's not just the auctions that are not working. It's the entire store.

Hello, entering in component I get the following message, (I think that all the tables were deleted mysql! And I have not done anything, please any solution)

On the website any product is not displayed and I get error.
