Problem with Currency to language/country extension already purchased

Hi

I already purchased the Currency to language/country extension in order to set Bolivares to Venezuelan registered user only and US dollars for whatever other country. (My order number is Nr 10-KH-106172 from October 15 -2013)

Then, after purchased, I did install thought Joomshopping > Install & Update and I see the message "complete".
Then, I tried to set the currency but I have not same screen than your image sample (see image attached).

My questions are:
1. Are effectively well installed the 3 extensions downloaded after purchased? (addon_currencies_to_language, addon_currencies_to_language_country and addon_currencies_to_language_country-1)
2.- Why cannot I see same screen than you in order to set the country/currency?
