After buying this add-on I don't see where a customer can choose to have an account while you said the standard login/registration page is being used? Outside my own country the shipping price is higher. But this option is not showing when I choose a country outside my own country and the 'low fare' is still being showed. Changing the shipment doesn't change the total price. In my opinion you should change the total price when the shipment price changes from i.e. € 2,95 to € 0. In the end this page is some kind of 'preview finish' page because this is the only page the customer will see. Same thing when a certain payment costs money. If really needed I make test domain.

Only thing missing: when selecting other country than Netherlands, shipping option should change to more expensive one (European shipping). Netherlands: Afhalen (€ 0,00) + Standaard verzending (€ 2,95) Germany/Belgium: Afhalen (€ 0,00) + Buitenland (€ 5,95)
