Detailed Product Statistics

Hello,

Ive been looking through existing plugins and addons but cant seem to find one with better statistics of products sold.
For example, Id like to be able to see the quantity of each item sold for example how many Blue boxes vs how many Red pencils so that I can manage my inventory. The color and the model are important.

Am I missing something, cant find that functionality in the shop?

Am willing to pay someone to do the work for me. Please help?
