Hello I am using:
Joomshopping Version 4.3.3
Joomla 3.2.2

I have purchased the Affiliate Program + referrals system and have installed the software but the links are displaying these errors and I haven't yet installed the plugin Menu builder affiliate :

Fatal error: Call to undefined method JToolbarHelper::customX() in /home/opptuni123/public_html/administrator/components/com_jshopping/views/affiliates/view.html.php on line 21

Is the software fully compatible with these versions?


Now checking out on my site brings this error!:

My site frontend now has a white screen

I have downloaded and reinstalled 2.2.6 and now the backend for the affiliate program now work but my front end is still a white screen.

I also Install "Addon menu builder"
Addon menu builder 2.0.5(JoomShopping 4.x)

Still white screen

Please help asap.

Не устанавливается партнерская программа, после инсталляции белый экран. Ссылки в панели управления на партнерскую программу появляются, но при нажатии так же белый экран. Пробовал устанавливать все версии. Index.html из папки администратора удалял. Надеюсь на Вашу помощь.

delete old version and install again.

Я перед каждой установкой удалял старую версию и чистил базы данных, при установке все равно белый экран. В настройки партнерской программы зайти можно, но не отображается статистика и не зайти из меню админа в партнерскую программу, из настроек заходит

Сообщите пожалуйста, как Вам дать данные для входа?
После начала установки партнерской программы появляется белый экран, партнерская программа отображается в панели управления, но при переходе в верхнем меню так же белый экран. В партнерскую программу можно попасть из настроек компонента, но при нажатии на статистику опять появляется белый экран.
При входе с фронта, все работает, но при нажатии на статистику так же белый экран.
