Payment Stripe - Confirmation emails not working

Hello,

I've been using Stripe and this extension for a while, but confirmation emails stopped working. Its very inconvenient as customers who purchase a product don't receive a confirmation. I've been looking into Joomshopping settings (Pay Pal addon sends confirmation emails just fine) and settings in Stripe backend until finally asking here as the only remaining place.

Below is what Stripe support says.
Basically, addon is putting customer email in 'description' field, instead of 'receipt_email' or 'email'pointing out that the issue is with the addon.

I should clarify that we only send email receipts out to customers who have a valid `email` field, or charges that have a `receipt_email`. Looking at your latest charge, it looks like you're setting the email in the description instead.

The solution here is that the `receipt_email` (on one-off charges) needs to be passed, or you need to create a customer with a valid `email` then create charges for that customer. If you look at the most recent charge in your account (that was not created via the Stripe dashboard), you can see the following[0]. If you notice, one of the parameters there is `description`, which has an email address in it. If you want us to send email receipts to your customer, you will need to pass an additional parameter `receipt_email`, which would have the email address that you want to receive the receipt in it.

Unfortunately, this is something that you (or your developers) will have to implement on your end. That said, since you are using a third-party plugin, your best course of action here might be to reach out to the developer of that plugin for assistance, as Stripe did not build the plugin and has no knowledge as to how it works.

Site is not sending confirmation email when purchase is made using Stripe addon. Emails work when purchase is made with Pay Pal addon.

SO basically, neither joomshopping nor stripe are sending email.

What does that mean? I need this to work right now / clients who purchase products dont get confirmation emails and this is a big problem.

installed a new version and emails are finally working again after 3 months.

Actually, I have a small suggestion/issue - email we receive from Stripe after purchase is made doesnt contain product name.

also - even when the order is complete, its only visible when you select 'not finished' orders. see attached

Stripe module isn't working fine please can you help me to fixing the errors.

On credit card Expirations date the months dropdown options ordering problem because there are displayed 1: December Instead of 1: January and continually whole months ordering went wrong.

2: On Step 2 - Payment Method an error display: "A network error has occurred, and you have not been charged please try again."

3: On the final step - Order confirmation page We are not able to given the order or can't proceed order because an error displayed "Invalid API create. Order ID #"
