Delivert datetime configuration

Delivery datetime delivery_start/delivery_end configuration

Hello,

There is START and END fields for date of delivery. But i need only one field for delivery date. It is flower shop and all orders must be delivered on exact day. So i need only one field with one date. I use now version 1.1.3.

Earlier i used another version when i deleted some lines (as you suggested) and it worked fine. But with this new version i dont know what to change.
