Joomshopping Stats and Orders mass actions issues

Hi there,

I have bought Joomshopping stats and noticed that the country selection gives no result. It does show the ip adresses but when for example selecting "Orders" and then countries it only shows unknown. Since my customer needs this info for his accountant it is extremely important that this is functional.

Also, i have installed orders mass actions but this does not work at all. I can change the status of the orders when selecting the orders but i can not use the pdf or csv button at all because when i do so it will show a login screen above the buttons. I can not explain it clearer so i have included a printscreen for you.

Hoping for your quick reply because these issues need to get fixed asap.

Installed the latest version of mass action and we are getting closer. CSV is now working but when i press the pdf button after selecting some orders it starts running but after a while i get the message:

Error loading! Contact the developer! pdf

I have not yet done the statistics work yet but i understand i have to install all the geo-ip's from 1 to 10?

Hi there,

The update on the statistics has worked, there are countries available now. As for the mass order, i have tried to print 2 orders which worked. Choosing more gives the warning so it definitely is the memory limit. I have not changed it now since the site will be moved to a dedicated server before going online which means i can change these setings then.

After we have set the website in the live environment and adjusted the settings for the memory and such as mentioned here:

We still have an issue with the mass order addon. We are not able to print more then 5 orders at once which is not enough at all. Response needed!!
