Reward addon issues

Hi there,

We are using the reward addon whih we bought but we have a serious issue with this. Eventhough i have set it up that people get a 4% reward with every order and for discount reward cost and shipping reward cost i have also set up 4% to deduct this from the actual reward. it still gives the 4% reward over the total amount. Instead of just giving the 4% over the product price.

How do i have to set it up to deduct the 4% on shipping and discount??
