Please add some instant message (not e-mail), when customer send the notification request (so he could see it instantly on the same page).
It is very important for this reason:
now, after he sent the request, he receive an e-mail with needed text, but, because of he may not see this message instantly, sometimes (it is pretty often) people are not sure, that "send" button work correctly (after they push "send", everything just disappear...) and start sending new requests again and again...
As a result, I (administrator) receive some number of same e-mails (record was 8 (!) same requests at one time) and the same quantity goes to customer...The main problem is, that in this case, after some time, these e-mails could be banned by e-mail-services as SPAM! And this is a big problem!
So, one more time (some time ago I already asked you about this (http://www.webdesigner-profi.de/joomla-webdesign/joomla-shop/forum/posts/26/6867.html?lang=en&start=20), but the case was not pursued for some reasons...), I'am asking you : please make some simple message, that customers could see after they push "send" (for example, as a message, which they see, when sending a review of a product (if admin have to manually allow it).
